Course Notes:
- The swim will be in a 25 yard indoor pool.
- Swim course is a snake swim - up the lane then under the lane rope and down the next
- Aid stations will be located approximately every 1 mile. Each aid station is equipped with water
The course officially closes at 11am for all participants.

Race morning pick up is available from 6:30 - 7:00am for an additional $10.
FREE PRE RACE CLINICS
On each day the store hosting packet pick up will also be putting on a race clinic at at 6pm during the week(Tue-Fri). We will go over what to expect on race day, how to set up your transition and open it up for general questions anyone has.

AWARDS AND AMENITIES
AGE GROUP
- Top Overall, Masters, and Grand Masters will receive custom Speedo parkas.
- Age Group / Weight Class awards will be 3 deep for both Male and Female.
- Relay Team awards will be for top 3 overall relays.
