The swim starts and finishes at the State Parks well groomed swimming beach. The bike is 20K and rolling throughout. The run course is all inside the park and is a nice flat to rolling out and back affair. Definitely a nice event to add to your early season schedule.

This event benefits Virginia Amateur Sports and the ALS Foundation.  Virginia Amateur Sports, a Roanoke based non-profit group works to promote access to sporting events of all kinds to Virginia residents. Please consider making a donation to this worthy cause during the registration process.
