2011 Bear Lake Brawl Triathlon
The original Bear Lake Triathlon is back for its 5th year. This event has grown each year and we are planning on this being the best year ever. From course to level of volunteers it will be difficult to beat the Bear Lake Brawl.
Course Information:
The most beautiful thing the Bear Lake Brawl offers is the swim course. Often called the Caribbean of the Rockies the water is the clearest and bluest in the state of Utah. Three courses fill the Bear Lake Brawl Triathlon.
Half Iron Distance
- Swim 1.2 Miles in a diamond shape.
- Bike 56 Miles around the Bear Lake
- Run 13.1 Miles around farmers road
Olympic Distance
- Swim 1500 Meters in a triangle shape (750 Meters counter clockwise twice).
- Bike 24.9 Miles along Bear Lake (out and back)
- Run 6.2 Miles around the park (loop 3.1 twice)
Sprint Distance
- Swim 750 Meters counter clockwise.
- Bike 12.4 Miles along Bear Lake (out and back)
- Run 3.1 Miles around the park (loop)
