Distance
Juniors (7-10): 100m - Swim / 3 mile - Bike / 1k (.6 miles) - Run
Seniors (11-15): 200m - Swim / 6 mile - Bike / 2k (1.2 miles) - Run

Age Groups
Individuals: 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-15
Relays: Juniors (7-10), Seniors (11-15) Relays can be all male, all female, or co-ed.
Awards
Every athlete will receive a finisher medal. Early registration participants will receive a FREE T-shirt. Trophies will be given for 1st through 3rd places per age group for boys and girls. Medals will be given for 1st through 3rd places for junior and senior relays.
