_ 2016 Mossman Westport Weston Family Y Indoor Triathlon:
• The 2016 Mossman Family Y Indoor Tri consists of a 15 minutes swim in the pool, cycle on a spin bike for 25 minutes and finish by running as far as you can on the treadmill for 20 minutes.
Course Information:
• The swim laps, spin bike and treadmill distances will be aggregated and scored to get the top three Male and Female triathletes.
• Unlike an outdoor triathlon, the transition times do not count towards your over-all finish time and you will have time to get from one element to the next.
