All events start and finish at Jacobsen Park, north side near tennis courts, Lavallette, NJ 08735

Triathlon Distances
1/4 mile swim , 10 mile Bike and 3 mile Run
Duathlon Distances
2 mile run, 10 mile Bike and 3 mile Run
AquaVelo Distances
1/4 mile swim , 10 mile Bike
Race Day Check in
6;45 - 7;45 am check-in, packet pickup and race day registration
7:45 am pre-race briefing
8:00 am races start(3-5 waves based on # of entrants)
The swim is in the Bay.
The bike and run will be contested on roads
through Lavallette and Ortley Beach
The course is flat and fast.
Finishers medals to first 300 finishers!
