_ 2017 Mack Cycle Tri-Miami Triathlon, Duathlon & Aquabike:
The Mack Cycle Tri Miami international triathlon and sprint duathlon & triathlon are part of the Caribbean Championships. The race takes place inside the renovated Miami Marine Stadium, giving the swimmers a protected swim, a bike course that travels over the Rickenbacker bridge and through Key Biscayne and the run is shaded through paved and trails of Virginia Key.
Course Information:
Swimmers will have a protected swim in the warm waters off of Key Biscayne. Sprint and international swimmers will swim counter clockwise to the transition area. The international distance bike course goes over the Rickenbacker bridge twice, while the sprint distance completes the course once. Runners will make their way to the Virginia Key trail where the international distance will complete 2 laps and the sprint distance will complete one.
