- After 74 years leading the way in motorsports – introducing the first purpose-built road course and first asphalt high-banked oval in America – Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park (TSMP) is now proud to offer even more. Bike 6 loops of the banked Oval leading onto the brand new nascar road course. Finish with a 1.7 mile run around the course. We have also added a 5K Run/Walk this year in support of Camp Quinebaug! Bring your family.. anyone can walk!
A first class Golf Club, our Clubhouse restaurant with a banquet and catering facility, our exclusive Drivers Club, and a High Performance Driving Experience. TSMP is centrally located between Boston, Providence and New York City, and just 45 minutes from Mohegan Sun. Although we’ve been a racetrack since 1940 and a golf course since 1947, we never stop improving.

The Course: Run and Bike are the red outline of the Speedway track.
Run 1.7 Miles First Run
Bike 10.8 (6 Loops) on the track partially banked!
Run 1.7 Miles
Walk 1.7 miles or Run 3.4 miles (once around the track for the walk, twice for the run)

Every year, Camp Quinebaug engage in fundraising activities, socials, dances, dinners, races, walks, etc… Caring for a child with a disability can be costly, and many children would not be able to attend without assistance. Please donate your time, your talent, your re-sources– anything– to keep this valuable resource to families in the Quiet Corner! So much good can come out of just giving a little! -
