SWIM - Tri Arkansas 1.5k
SWIM - DeGray Lake Sprint 500 Yards
SWIM - Spillway Super Sprint - 250 yards
DeGray Lake: rated as one of the cleanest fresh water lakes in America.
The race begins with an in water start. The Entry and Finish area is on a large concrete boat
ramp. Swim course will close 60 minutes after the send off of the last wave. Historically the water
temp in August is in the upper 80's. If water temp is above 78F wet suit will not be allowed.
BIKE - Tri Arkansas 42.5k - double loop out and back course
BIKE - DeGray Lake Sprint 16 Mile - Out and Back Course
BIKE - Spillway Super Sprint - 6 Mile Out and back
Newly repaved (fall of 2009) roads for a big portion of the course.
If you take a few seconds along the way you will see some absolutely beautiful vistas.
RUN - Tri Arkansas 10k
Course is a "T" shape Using paved roads, With a short Grass Section.
First run of du is 2 miles
RUN - DeGray Lake Sprint 3.5 Mile
The Course is out and back on Skyline Drive and Forestry Circle.
RUN - Spillway Super Sprint 1.5 Mile
The Course is out and back on Skyline Drive and Forestry Circle.
Aid stations will be located at roughly 1 mile increments
and are very well stocked.
There will also be a duathlon
Directions:
take exit 78 from Interstate 30.
Go North on Hwy 7 for 3 miles,
turn left onto Skyline dr.
Race site will be 1 mile down Skyline on your right. (Spillway Area)
