Course Information:
Swim at the beautiful westen New York beach and run and ride along the senic and famous Niagara River. You can see the mist from the might Niagara Falls from here!!!
Other Info:
This is the countries only Formula one triathlon. Race the course twice in a row in swim bike run and then swim bike run again. Should I wear my westsuit for the second run. Do I run the first time holding my swim goggles and cap?
