    • Course Information:

  • The course willl include: a 2 loop triangular swim (wetsuits allowed), a bike course with 1 hill early in the course with the remainder of the course containing a mix of rolling hills and flats, and the run will include a fast paced flat course.

    • Other Info:

  • Race Day Registration and packet pick-up will be from 6:30-7:30 a.m. on race day at the Lake Lauderdale Pavilion.
  • There will be a raffle held at the race with many nice prizes.
  • Each particiapant will receive a free lunch. Additonal tickets can be purchased for family and friends.

  • All proceeds from this race are donated to B.O.O.K.S. (Books Offer Opportunities,Kids Succeed) and Books in Kids Hands, two not-for-profit childrens literacy organizations.
