    • Course Information:

  • The swim is parallel to the shore and with the current.
  • The bike course is entirely closed to traffic - BUT, please ride cautiously. There will be approx. 400 bikes on the course at all times - and the speeds will be very high. Slower riders must stay to the right to allow faster cyclist to pass on the left.
  • Runners will exit the transition area for the 5k run. Fluids are provided at the beginning of the run and at the halfway point of the run.

    • Directions:

  • Race Location: Coligny Beach, Hilton Head Island - Race Site & Transition Area is the Coligny Beach Parking Lot

  • Race Parking: There is ample parking in the Coligny Beach Parking Lot - located just off of Pope Ave. and behind the Smokehouse Restaurant. BUT - if you park here, you WILL NOT be able to leave until the race is completely over.
