2015 Dragonfly Heart Triathlon:

This race is a beneficiary for the Dragonfly Heart Camp situated in Kent County, MD.

Consider having your kids join you for the same day's youth triathlon at same venue.

Be sure to check under Escape from School Youth Series.

Course Information:

Swim:

14 mile - In water start

Expected water temperature around 75 degrees.

Wetsuits allowed and optional if water temperature is 78 degrees or less taken on race morning.

Come prepared with a wetsuit just in case.

Bike:

12 miles

Flat and Fast.

Exit TA at Wilmer Park

Left onto Quaker Neck Road/Route 289

Left onto Old Town Road

Left onto Quaker Neck Landing Road

Right onto Quaker Neck Road/Route 289

Right back into TA at Wilmer Park

Run:

2.5 miles - Out and back course.

Stay to the left of each other. Mostly paved road.

Exit TA at Wilmer Park onto Water Street

Left onto Cannon Street

Left onto S. Mill Street

Right onto Rails to Trail Path

U-turn before High Street

Head back in same direction with finish near TA at Wilmer Park
