LEB3 Multi-Sport Coaching services and Merritt Athletic Clubs are pleased to announce the launching Baltimore's first Winter/Off season condition program geared for all athletes involved in Running, Biking, Swimming or Triathlon.

The event will be a Sanctioned USAT event, which is also the first of it's kind in the Baltimore area.  The program will launch officially November 19th and will until April 1st.  This program will encompass all aspects of a true off season program;

  • Event/Competition specific training (involving cardiovascular testing both for the run and the bike.)
  • strength training backed with 20 years of coaching and training experience,
  • Core and Flexibility
  • Nutritional guidance for training and race day.
  • Group workouts that will help improve the base and aerobic training components of the athletes training programs.
  • Lectures regarding the sport of Triathlon, and hopefully some speakers that can share their knowledge as well.

This program will improve all aspects of ones' performance, and will be done in a group setting, to hopefully introduce people to this amazing world of competition if they are new to it, or to make new friends and then kick their butts in races!

 The program will be officially posted on the USAT in the very near future.  https://www.multisport.hangastar.com/EMS_Events_Public.aspx
