Tri To Help is a national sprint indoor triathlon in six states that raise funds epilepsy research. The performance is measured by total distance covered in the time allowed. The more distance you cover, the higher your score.
All finishers will receive an event finishers shirt when completed. Also, the top fundraiser will receive a cash prize, You do not have to be a participant in the triathlon event to be eligible for the cash prize.
Course Information:
The triathlon consists of the following disciplines:
- 10-minute swim in lap pool
- 30-minute bike on spin bike
- 20-minute treadmill run

Entry Fees:
$40 individual / $90 relay team early bird by July 10th, 2010.
$50 individual / $110 relay team late registration.
(Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable).
