Course Information:
Swim Course
The swim course will be an out-and-back 500 yard swim from Coralville Lake beach. Swimmers will enter the water on the north end of the beach and exit on the south end.
Bike Course
The bike course will be 15 miles. The course takes you over the Dam out to Sugar Bottom Road with one turn around. The course is rolling hills with multiple straight sections.
Run Course
The run course will be 3.1 miles on both roads and trails.
