2014 - Introducing a sprint distance triathlon!

Nestled in the rural, beautiful farmlands of Manteno, Illinois, this flat and fast sprint distance course is ideal for racers of all abilities from the first-time triathlete to an experienced racer looking to set a new PR.

A portion of the races proceeds will be donated to our local veterans at the Manteno Veterans Home.?

BIKE RACKING
8 bikes to a rack and should be alternated
Racks will not be assigned they are first come first serve
All bikes are to be racked, no leaning against the racks, fence or use of a kickstand
All equipment is to be placed UNDER your bike not against the fence

TEAM CHIP EXCHANGE
Teams are to exchange chips where you rack the riders bike

7:45 on the beach

WAVE STARTS
Number of waves and time starts will depend on number of participants.  These starts will be posted the day of the event. If information is available before the event day, it will be sent out to participants.
