This event is a non-competitive indoor triathlon. This event is great for novices to the sport of triathlon looking to finish their first swim-bike-run, as well as the experienced triathlete looking to jump-start their triathlon training. Great opportunity to practice transitions!
The swim will be in a 25 yd 8-lane indoor pool, the bike will be on spin/stationary bikes equipped with SPD/toe-cage peddle, and the run will be on an indoor track. A transition area will be designated in the arena/track area.
