The youth triathlon will be held at the same venue as the adult race and is extremely spectator-friendly. The swim is in the indoor pool and the bike and run are on a closed course with lots of volunteers helping whenever your child needs help:
Race distances are:
Ages 5-6: Swim 25 meters, Bike 1 Km, Run 500 meters
Ages 7-10: Swim 100 meters, Bike 3.1 miles, Run 1 Km
Ages 11-15: Swim 200 m, Bike 6.2 miles, Run 1.2 miles
The youth race will start at noon after the adult awards so stick around and cheer on America's next potential Olympic Champions!
