Train for the Danskin Women's Triathlon Series with the Official Training Program! In only 10 weeks you will complete a triathlon or improve your time from a previous one. (8 weeks of full training, a kickoff week, and celebration party the week after the race!)
Whether this is your first tri or you are experienced, our experienced coaching team will provide a safe, proven and fun trainin experience for all!
This fun and supportive program will focus on developing running, cycling, swimming and triathlon specific skills for new athletes or those triathletes returning to the sport. All ages and body types welcomed. Scientific heart rate training methods will be used to customize workouts. Detailed, online plan and a personal log are included to continue training throughout the week.
