  • Course Information:

    Adults Triathlon:
The swim will all be in the pool with one athlete starting at a time, every 15-30 seconds. You will swim down and back in your lane, then under the lane. You will do this for all six lanes then exit the pool.

The Bike will be an out and back turning around at the 5 mile mark. You will be out of town around the mile mark so you will have a good 8 miles in the country roads. The coarse will have a few descent hills, and some good flats to close the gaps.

The run coarse will keep you in town, and well supported by the locals. It will be mostly all flat and fast just the way you like the run off the bike!

Kids Triathlon: (starts at the completion on the adult race, listen for announcements race day)

Swim: The youth will swim down and back in there designated lane. This will allow them to be comfortable and able to be easily viewed and cheered on by family and friends.

Bike: The bike coarse will be 2 miles in total and will be on a well supported and safe coarse. It is flat and will allow the kids to ride any bike they have access too.

Run: The run will be 1/2 mile in total distance and will be done both outside of and in the park. They will do one loop around a close block (roads) then enter the park to finish the run on the fields and grass.
