Course Notes:
The swim will be in a 25 yard indoor pool.
The first and last 12 mile of the bike course are on a concrete path. The rest of the bike portion takes you through the mountain bike trails of Squabble Creek.
The run course will be an out and back behind the YMCA on grass next to a concrete path (runners may use concrete path if preferred). There will be an aid station at the run start and near the turn around. Each aid station is equipped with water and Gatorade.
The course officially closes at 11am for all participants.
