The 2nd Annual Capitol City River Dash is Spet 28th, 2013. We had a huge success last year with over 900 participants from 7 states. This year we have added more obstacles, more mud, and each participant will receive a ticket for a post race meal and a finishing medal.
We have also added a Kids 1 Miler for 2013. 100 % of the proceeds from our event goes to Sparrow Missions. This non profit is involved with charitable work in Kentucky & Honduras. Last year's proceeds funded a clean water project at las Casitas girl's orphanage in San Pedro Sula Honduras, and the Capitol City River Dash 2013 will fund our orphanage in Santiago Honduras

Course Information:
The Capitol City River Dash is set in the Capitol View Park. It is a beautiful 150 acre park in downtown Frankfort Ky. The park in commonly used by baseball, softball, soccer & football teams from Central Kentucky, and boasts some of the finest mountain biking trails in the state
The park is bound by the Kentucky River and the course follows the river through 3.2 miles or trails, obstacles, slides, hills & water. It is a gorgeous setting for this event, we look forward to seing you there.
