2010 Howln' Half Long Course Triathlon:

Race Begins at Lake Boutin. Enjoy the Beautiful fall scenery and historic monuments as you fly along the Bike and Run Courses.

One of a Kind Metal Sculptures created by Buzzedart will be presented to the Overall Male/Female and to the Overall Masters Male/Female.

Other awards will be presented to the top 3 finishers of each division.

All USAT rules & regulations apply.

All registration ends October 16th 2010.

This race is limited to the first 100 entries.

Course Information:

Enjoy a 2-loop lake swim (run-in/wave beach start) in Lake Boutin.

Fly along the bike course, enjoying the beautiful fall, scenic view. The bike course is mostly flat with a few gentle rollers to break up the monotony - and one climb, nicknamed "The Beast"

Experience the untamed natural beauty of Trail of Tears State Park on your run course.

You'll pass historic monuments as well as "The Beast" one last time! The run course is generally flat with that one exception!

To Ghisallo Running Cape Girardeau: Packet Pick Up

(1131 N. Kingshighway, Cape Girardeau MO)

From I-55, take exit #99 (Cape Girardeau/Jackson exit), Turn towards Cape Girardeau (Left if coming from north/St. Louis area) onto US-61 S/ N. Kingshighway.

Travel approx. 3 miles on N. Kingshighway.

Ghisallo Running is located in Kings Center Strip Mall on your right.

This is across the street from Patrick Furniture and Food Giant.
