The Quakerman Triathlon 2010:
  • Nockamixon State Park just outside of Philadelphia will host this event. The park features Lake Nockamixon.
  • After a lake swim, the rolling terrain around the park will provide for some great biking. Our Olympic event will feature almost 38 miles of biking and the half will be just over 56 miles.
  • The run course will wind throughout the park on bike paths and paved roads.

    • Course Information:

  • This event will start from the Marina with a swim on a triangular course (NOTE: where the swim starts & finishes has a rocky bottom).
  • Then participants will bike over rolling hills on smoothly paved roads around Lake Nockamixon.
  • The event will finish with a run on a combination of paved park bike trails and roads with some moderate hills along the course.
