2010 DAM Triathlon
- 1st Annual DAM Triathlon Distances: 1/2 mi Swim, 12.3 mi bike, 3.2 mi Run
- Sprint distance, USAT sanctioned triathlon at Lake Gardner in Amesbury, MA.
- The bike and run courses are flat and will be fast!!
- Racers will start the triathlon at Lake Gardner, swim a counter clockwise rectangle, bike on the flattest and fastest course in all of Massachusetts!!
- Thank You! Heat Training and B&S Event Management, past co-organizers of the Powow Triathlon.

- Swim a counter clockwise rectangle in Lake Gardner.
- Bike on the flattest and fastest course in all of Massachusetts!
- The course will be open to traffic, but there will be plenty of police and volunteers keeping everyone safe.
