2013 Millheim Pool Sprint Triathlon:

  • The Millheim Sprint Triathlon is held to raise funds and awareness for the Millheim Community Pool.
  • It features a 300-yard swim, a 15-mile bike ride, and a 3-mile run.
  • Come out to enjoy the scenic back roads of Penns Valley on this beautiful triathlon course and help support this valuable community non-profit pool and organization.

    • Course Information:


    Millheim Sprint Triathlon
  • The SWIM portion will consist of a 300 yard pool swim. The swim is seeded based on submitted swim times.
  • The BIKE course will be approximately 15 miles winding through the scenic countryside. 
  • The RUN course will be an out and back approximately 3 mile course with some brief off-road running.

    Mini Triathlon
  • The SWIM portion will consist of a 150 yard pool swim.
  • The BIKE course will be approximately 7.5 miles winding through the scenic countryside.
  • The RUN course will be an out and back approximately 1.5 mile course with some brief off-road running.

    • Directions:



    From State College and points west
  • Take Route 45 E to Millheim.
  • At the traffic light, turn left on Route 445.
  • Go up two short blocks and then turn right onto 2nd St. or Church St.
  • These lead back to the marked parking area.

    From Lewisburg and points east
  • Take Route 45 W to Millheim.
  • At the traffic light, turn right onto Route 445.
  • Go up two short blocks and then turn right onto 2nd St. or Church St.
  • These lead back to the marked parking area.

    From points north (Lamar, Rt. 80),
  • Come into Millheim on Route 445.
  • Just before you reach the main intersection at the traffic light with Route 45,
  • Turn left onto 2nd St. or Church St.
  • These lead back to the marked parking area.
