2010 Capital City Biathlon:
- The event starts with a 3.1 mile out and back run followed by a 15 out and back bike ride.
- The course is flat and fast.
- Top shelf finisher medals for completing the race.
- Individuals can compete in age groups for both male and female individual awards.
- Team catagories are male, female and coed.
- Individuals can also compete in clydesdale and athena catagories.
- Great post race party.
