Challenge yourself in the timed CHARGE for Glory heats beginning at 9 a.m. Or, CHARGE at your own pace in the CHARGE for Fun heats starting at 9:40 a.m. At 1 p.m. the top individual competitors and teams in each division will face off again in the Televised CHARGE and you wont want to miss this!

Youll never make it through a CHARGE without being primed and prepped for what our obstacles throw at ya. Expect to run, climb, crawl, trudge and use every muscle in your body.
To offer the necessary mix of strength, stamina, balance and body awareness required for a CHARGE, certified trainer, Nic Zahasky, has outlined both newbie and hardcore workouts for each obstacle. Every HARD CHARGE obstacle workout is designed to target the major function and muscle groups it takes to complete the obstacle. Choose an obstacle and get to work.
Before performing these or any other workout it is imperative to do the quick warm-up as outlined but dont EVER stretch prior to a workout. Save deep stretching for after a workout or, if youre at it an hour or more, midway thru when your muscles are good and warm.
