SheROX Mentor Program
The purpose of the SheROX Mentor Program is to ensure that participants have a positive event experience, from the time they start training until they cross the finish line on race day. The program is designed to address the needs of first-timers, but anyone who wants a mentor can register for one. This program provides female triathletes with information and support so that every SheROX Triathlon participant will feel a sense of personal satisfaction, accomplishment and empowerment about their SheROX Triathlon experience. The program is designed to help women feel comfortable about what to expect during training and on race day. In the process, the SheROX Mentor Program will create a network of female triathletes who share the common bond of participation in a premier womens athletic event.
In each SheROX location, we hand picked a group of experienced, enthusiastic, compassionate female triathletes who are passionate about the sport of triathlon and are committed to providing ongoing support to their mentees. Your mentor will be available to answer your questions via e-mail and will proactively send you regular tips and suggestions to address your needs and concerns. The SheROX Mentor Program also includes regular e-newsletters, group workouts, informational meetings, clinics and social get-togethers. Your mentor is there to listen to your concerns and questions, and help address them so you will feel comfortable about training and the event.
