Join the Ames Jaycees and Heartland Senior Services for the first annual Thaw Out 4k Fun Run!
For the past 75 years, Jaycees have served thousands of Ames' residents through numerous community outreach projects (e.g. Spring Egg Hunt; Holiday Food Baskets; 4th of July fireworks). Similarly, Heartland Senior Services has served thousands of Ames' older adults through their adult day care, congregate and home-delivered meal program, and numerous other older adult outreach programs.
The proceeds earned through the Thaw-out 4K Fun Run will be split equally between the Ames Jaycees and Heartland Senior Services to be used to support community outreach projects.
