2010 H-F Racquet & Fitness Club Indoor Triathlon:
The 1st Annual H-F Racquet & Fitness Club Indoor Triathlon is a great triathlon for all levels.
Beginners and advanced triathletes are welcome for this fun experience!
Course Information:
Swim:
The swim portion (10:00) will be done in 25 yard Indoor Pool.
Each participant will have their own lane.
Distance will be recorded to nearest 12 lap.
T-1: There will be a 10:00 transition before bike portion.
Bike: The bike portion (20:00) will be done on LifeFitness Stationary Bikes.
T-2: There will be a 5:00 transition before run portion.
Run: The run portion (15:00) will be done on LifeFitness Treadmills.
