Ben has been coaching athletes for several years and aims to bring his experience, knowledge and enthusiasm to each and every single person he works with. Regardless of an athlete's background, experience level or ambitions, Ben is very much about helping people in the most human way possible.
He is an avid triathlete himself and as competed for over a decade in numerous short and long course events. He's finished on the podium across a variety of events and distances, notably as an Ironman and 70.3 World Championship qualifier. Alongside coaching and his own athletic pursuits, Ben is a family man and an entrepreneur so has a deep understanding of how to make training fit around one's life, and not the other way round.
