I've coached youth and adults for over 20 years now in the school and private settings. I have been a USA Tri coach since 2019.
I have also coached myself to finishes at a half Ironman, several sprint tris including age-group Nationals, and 6 marathons, including Big Sur, the Wineglass Marathon, and the Boston Marathon.
