I coach all types of athletes! I enjoy coaching short course distances, and I have coached 70.3 distances as well. I write nutrition plans that are tailored to you and your goals as an athlete. I help create nutrition strategies for during the race, recovery after the race, or weight loss/weight gain in the off season. All skill levels welcome, coaching is NOT just for beginners.

I am a ballerina soccer player gone endurance sports! My job by day is a Registered Dietitian with a Master's Degree in Exercise Science, working in GI at the Cleveland Clinic. I love to learn to expand my knowledge and services to better aid my athletes to success. I am born and raised in Cleveland Ohio, and I love it here! :)
