Steph offers monthly coaching which includes weekly training plans, nutrition consultation, race day strategy and prep, and unlimited communication. She also offers 3 or 6-month training plans. Steph is also available for one on one consultations, especially Sports Nutrition consulting.

As an athlete, coach, and mom of 3, Steph understands the importance of balancing life with training. Steph has a MS in Exercise Science and is a Certified Sports Nutrition Advisor. She has raced and coached athletes in short course, long course, and off-road triathlon.
