Erin raced as a professional triathlete on the US National Team for 6 consecutive years 2013-2018 and was ranked as high as 34th in the world on the international circuit. She has 10 international podiums, 4 professional wins, and has ranked in the Top5 at World Cups in Madrid Spain and Tiszaujvaros Hungary for Team USA. While she continues to race as a professional athlete, in 2018 her focus shifted from athlete to Mom when her husband and her welcomed their first daughter.
Erin was named to the Drury University Hall of Fame and remains one of the the most decorated athletes to ever come through the University's program. She runs the Bentonville Masters swimming program, started the Youth Multi Sport programs in Bentonville, is head coach of the largest youth tri program in the state, "TeamE Youth Multi Sport" and coaches athletes of all ability levels throughout the US. In 2022 Erin launched the TeamE Multi Sport Foundation to help provide kids throughout the state more quality racing opportunities.
