My Approach: Assess - Determine What Your Race Goals Are: I will assess what you want to change, how it relates to the daily behaviors you already do, and what behaviors will best work to change your behavior. Plan - Develop a Training Plan and Behavior Recipes to Improve Your Training Habits: I will formulate a training plan based on your goals, fitness level, and available time. Behavior recipes that pair existing behaviors with new desired training behaviors are part of the training plan to help athletes adopt better lifestyle behaviors that contribute to more consistent training. Scale - Refine Your Training Plan & Behavior Recipes to Develop New, Triathlon Lifestyle Habits: I will work with you on an ongoing basis to integrate and refine your behavior recipes to help you attain your new healthy habits and make them automatic in your life. Your training plans are optimized based on a review of your mental and physical performance.
