E3 Multisport specializes in training athletes for the demands of long course (Ironman and 1/2 Ironman) as well as Olympic distance races.
We offer group training programs for people interested in doing their first Olympic distance triathlon.
We also work with groups of brand new athletes who desire to do their first ever sprint.

We specialize in working with busy professionals who have demanding, jobs, families and other commitments outside of triathlon training.

Certified ironguides Method Coach Eric Doehrman is based in Huntsville, Alabama and coaches athletes throughout the world. Known for his empathic dedication to his athletes and constant encouragement, Eric coaches several local squads throughout the southern region of the United States, and is head triathlon coach for Embrace Sports UK.

Eric is a multiple Ironman finisher and has been involved in the sport of triathlon for 16 years. His story is probably similar to that of many typical age group athletes: The first race he entered was on the back of zero training, on an old mountain bike and absolutely no clue as to what he had gotten himself into! Sixteen years and several bikes later, Eric has competed in races from sprint to Ironman. He has had the greatest highs and can tell you firsthand what it is like to hit the point where your body can't give anymore. Eric believes in walking the walk -- and letting the walk speak for itself!
