I passionately coach runners from competing in any distance and triathletes up to and including the ironman distances. I only coach 2-3 athletes at a time, and athletes have access to me via email/text/phone limitlessly. I am honest and straight forward with my coaching.
Beginners, Long Course, Short Course
I was a sprinter - hurdler throughout college. I continued to compete in the International Police Olympics in sprints and hurdles and slowly transitioned to endurance sports and marathon. I have ran 4 marathon, 2 Boston Marathons, and numerous triathlons including Olympic and 1/2 IM distances.
I work as an LEO full time, and coach on the side, as it is my passion. I have had the ability to compete myself, and have great coaches who always believed in me, it is my turn to give back, and help people reach their goals, and be able to pass knowledge on to help others be successful.
