I try to think I am a very well rounded coach. While I am currently only certified in long course as well as youth and junior level athletes, I am competent in the various coaching styles found in the other disciplines of the lifestyle such as paratriathlon, Aquathlon, Xterra and much more.
I've been involved in the triathlon since a very young age. My first race was an Olympic distance at the age of eleven. From that race I fell in love with the lifestyle. I have competed and coached, youth and junior elites, short distance and long distance athletes over the years.
