I am dedicated to the endurance athlete. I assist with scheduling weekly training plans, especially for those who have a full time job and a family to take care of.
Beginners, Long Course, Short Course
Carlos has been competing in triathlons since 2005. He has competed in Ironman races; as well as, 70.3 races. Carlos has competed in numerous Olympic distances, including the arduous Escape from Alcatraz race (3x). He has podiumed in several sprint distances and competed in several marathon races. He has been a certified USAT Coach since 2018. He has earned a Bachelors degree in Arts and Science (Texas State University) and a Masters degree in Kinesiology (Texas A&M University-San Antonio).
