I have been a full time USAT Level II Coach since 2018, and USAT Level I since 2009. I am also a Slowtwitch Swim Coach, USMS Level 3 Coach, TrainingPeaks Level 2 accredited, RRCA running coach, and ACSM Professional Member. I love helping athletes define and achieve their goals, enhancing their health, spirit, and life balance. I have coached over 200 athletes from beginners to elite World Championship qualifiers from around the US, South America, Middle East, and Australia. I have also coached NCAA Women's and Men's Collegiate Club athletes in both draft-legal and non-draft racing. My husband (a Master Bike Fitter) and I owned and operated a triathlon shop in Virginia (Sportfit Lab) from 2009-2022. I am currently located in Florida, Director of Coaching at Sportfit Lab online and Assistant Coach with the Swim-Like-A-Pro Triathlon Club in Clermont, Florida.
