Coach for Alpha Endurance Triathlon Team based in South Florida. We coach virtually and train locally. While FUN is the #1 objective, don't presume that we don't train tough!
I specialize in preparing athletes for trathlons of all distances, incorporating strength and nutriation into the training plan. Whether it's training out of injury or qualification goals, together we will come up with a plan to get you there.
I was first introduced to triathlons in 2008 by a friend/colleague who convinced me to sign up for my first sprint with my "trusty" mountain bike. Since then, I've run Boston, raced Ironman Los Cabos, Ironman 70.3 World Champs, and ITU Long-Course World Champs (TeamUSA), and a few SwimRun races. The number of local races is countless but I've enjoyed every single one. The triathlon community and the enjoyment of the sport led me to seeking my coaching certification in 2017, when I've been certified as a L1 coach since. I have trained a few dozen athletes over the years - athletes who've trained for their first triathlon, their first Ironman and first half-ironman, and through Boston qualifications. I've also been a swimming and running clinician at the Spinning Escape Jamaica (SEJA).
