Our Team uses the TrainingPeaks App so that athletes have access to training we also observe how the athlete is behaving in relation to training. According to the athlete's response, we formulate the next week's training. Therefore, the training is given weekly to the athlete.
Our specialty is individualized training and the optimization of swimming, cycling and running techniques. We do this through a methodical and structured plan.
