Along with my fitness coaching practice, I am a private swim coach.  I help people transition from not drowning to swimming with ease. I work mostly with adults and in some special cases, I will take on some under 18 clients.

 I have been a triathlon coach since 2013. I have trained triathletes and runner from local 5ks, half ironman distance to marathon distance. I hold a Triathlon Coaching Certification from ITCA and I am NESTA certified in Personal Fitness Training and hold several certifications in Corporate Wellness, Sports Injury, Kung Fu Fitness, Mat Pilates, and I am P90X Qualified.
