I primarily work with triathletes, marathoners, and all the in-between. My plans include personalized aerobic and strength training, as well as nutrition tips and mental training ; such as race day readiness, motivation issues, and overcoming sport related anxiety. Besides from week to week plans with a monthly cost , I also offer a one time payment for a pre written plan for 5ks, 10ks, half marathons, marathons, and triathlons of all sizes.
I am an endurance coach, personal trainer, athletic psychotherapist, and an accomplished endurance athelte. My coaching philosophy is all about balance. To be successful and happy in endurance sports is all about finiding the balance between training, life, and recovery. I work with atheltes of all abilities and race goals all around the country, and tailor my training plans for each individual athelte.
