"If you think you can or if you think you can’t, you are right”; Henry Ford. I think you can and I am ready to work with you using the five pillars of Ironman training to get you to the start line feeling confident and prepared. Combining Balance, Consistency, Endurance, Adaptability and Recovery is the road to success. I will demand of you your very best and I will give you my very best. There are no shortcuts. If you are ready to achieve your long-distance triathlon goals, please contact me at [email protected] or visit my website at www.allhearttriathlontraining.com.

I prefer to work with novice triathletes ready to move up to the Ironman 70.3 and Ironman distances although I will with triathletes of all skill levels.

To avoid weight gain after I quit smoking in 1996 my New Years resolution for the following year was to start running. I enjoyed running so much I wanted to go longer and longer and longer. After racing 5K's to marathons for 4 years I started competing in triathlons and haven't looked back. I have completed 14 Ironman races including the Ironman World Championship in 2014 and 23 races at the 70.3 distance including Ironman World Championship 70.3 races in 2006, 2007 and 2009. I have mentored /coached several athletes training for their first Ironman and I can get you ready for your first Ironman 70.3 or Ironman race as well.
