Richard Wygand studied exercise science in Brazil and has been coaching athletes since 2004. He is a coach who uses all his technical/practical knowledge and his personal experience, (as a person who went from fat to fit to reach the level of a Healthy Ironman) and his athletes have all registered superior performance in competition.
