Spinn Endurance offers one-on-one coaching for all of our athletes. All training plans are customized to each individual athlete and are written weekly. We believe in interval, strength, and endurance training to help our athletes achieve their goals and enjoy the journey along the way.
Swim Technique Analysis
30 minute or 60 minute sessions for one-on-one video analyis
Our coaches at Spinn Endurance understand the difference between pool and open water swimming. With this knowledge we know what it takes to be a better swimmer.
Laura has been competing in triathlon since 2001. She has raced all distances from sprint to Ironman events. She has had several top 10 & top 3 finishes at the sprint distance races. Laura is a 3X Ironman finisher which includes IMAZ, IMFL, IM St. George.
